Trey was born and raised in Central Illinois being a graduate of St. Joseph-Ogden High School. He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. He then went to be a Commissioned Officer in the Army and did 6 years of service with one combat tour to Iraq. Since moving back to St. Joseph has served as a leader in Sales for the Littlefield Group at Keller Williams specializing in Agriculture Land sales along with Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He has a vast knowledge of land and customer service. He established Right Acre Ag at the beginning of 2024.

Steve Pridemore

Steve was a Plant Manager at Illini FS in 1984 before he came back to the family farm in 1987 to farm with his Father, Gary. He took over his father's Pioneer Agency, Pridemore Seed, in 1995. He currently also farms with his son, Braden and Brother-in-law Jim Rein.

Braden graduated from Illinois State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy Management. He came home to the family farm to help with seed and farm with his Dad, Steve and Uncle Jim.

Paul Compton

Paul is homegrown, born and raised from Homer, IL. He has been farming all his life on his family farm in Homer and has seen all the ups and downs in agriculture. In 1986, he started selling Pioneer Seed so has invaluable knowledge in every aspect of seed and farming. He enjoys traveling with his Wife and spending time with his family. Paul will continue to be an advisor and help in many aspects of Right Acre Ag operations and his family Farm for many years to come.

Patrick Reeg

Patrick Reeg is a Pioneer Field Agronomist supporting 16 Pioneer seed agencies across two territories in eastern Illinois. Pat uses agronomic forensic tools to conduct crop scene investigations (CSI) to help Pioneer customers gain higher yield levels from every acre. He provides agronomic coaching, training, and support to the sales team on Pioneer brand products and associated technologies. Pat is an Agronomy Essentials Elite Mentor, mentoring thirteen participants since 2019. Pat grew up helping his family raise crops and livestock on a Century Farm near Bellevue, Iowa. He earned his Master of Science in Agronomy and Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University. Prior to joining the Pioneer team in 2016, Pat worked as a manager and director of the Iowa Soybean Association On-Farm Network and was the precision farming specialist with AgVantage FS, Inc. Pat is a FAA certified Remote Pilot, Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) for over 20 years, past chair of the Iowa CCA Board and Certified 4R Nutrient Management Specialist.

Greg Jarling

Greg is a Pioneer Territory Manager covering counties in East Central Illinois where he manages 7 Pioneer Sales Agencies. He is a graduate of Illinois State University in Biological Science. Greg started his Career in Research working with a Plant Pathology Team helping to breed disease resistance in Corn. His other past experiences include working in distribution and shipping as well working as an Agronomist. Most of Greg’s career has centered around managing Sales Teams and he brings many years of Management/Agriculture experience to the Team. Greg resides in the Oakwood IL area where he lives with his wife Anne.
